Instagram (@energymofficial) and TikTok (@energymofficial) profiles with no structured organic strategy, in a sector — local fitness — saturated with generic content and dominated by major national brands. The challenge: stand out in a crowded feed, speak to a local audience (Mentana, Monterotondo, north Rome) with formats that could scale nationally, and prove from the very first videos that the gym has personality — with zero ad budget, only organic.

2The solutionWe rolled out the +Click organic package on Instagram and TikTok for Energym: brand positioning, fitness-vertical content strategy with POV and situational formats shot inside the gym, hooks in the first 2 seconds, fast pacing, overlay text engineered for watch-time. Cross-platform publishing on Reels and TikTok with native adaptations (caption, cover, hashtags). Zero ads — only organic reach — to validate the message and scale it sustainably.

3The resultsA stunning kickoff: with only 5 videos published, one broke the 1.5 million views threshold on Instagram and over 300K on TikTok. Numbers from an established brand achieved on day one with €0 ad spend, by a local gym that just weeks before had no structured social presence. Proof that the right format + hook + pacing beat budget and account seniority — and that the organic package works in local fitness too.
